Artspace offers a unique experience for brides that want to be right in the middle of the exicting downtown scene. Artspace is home to about 30 artist studios and it also offers up three exhibition galleries, one education room, and a three-story lobby with a winding staircase that is perfect for decorating. It’s a wonderful venue with great character and charm for any bride that wants a downtown setting in an art gallery. We had the pleasure and honor of serving the bride, groom and their loved ones this past weekend at Artspace. We had a lovely time and wanted to share some of the highlights.
As guests entered the reception hall, they were treated with a nice piece of candy to use to find their table and seats. By the end of night, we could tell they didn’t spoil anyone’s dinner. We kicked off the evening with a nice Hors d’Oeuvres table featuring homemade Spinach Artichoke, Olivada, and Tomato Basil Spreads for our fresh baked Grilled Tuscan, Pita and Focaccia Breads.
When it was time to get the Buffet fired up, a beautiful salad of Seasonal Greens with Mozzarella Cubes, Cucumbers, Carrots and Tomatoes was served with our famous Red Wine Vinaigrette.
As the wedding guests navigated all the wonderful food stations, they all enjoyed the Italian affair. Tonight’s meal included Handbreaded Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Rollatini, and Baked Manicotti with Spinach and Mozzarella Cheese. The sides featured a tasty Sauté Vegetable Medley with Tuscan Bread. For dessert, guests all enjoyed the beautiful wedding cake.
